Lovely bistro not far from the main centre. Lovely food, nicely presented. Buzzy atmosphere even on a very hot Wednesday lunchtime. Outdoor seating only available at the weekend which seems a shame.

Le Comptoir Saint Sernin

Last night on the restaurant terrace we enjoyed  the most delicious savoury crepes-for supper  much welcomed after  a long journey to Brive enroute to the Alps. The house speciality is the use of traditional Breton &quot;ble  noir&quot; - for the crepe base. This a no gluten alternative flour made from buckwheat. The chicken and mushroom filing Crepe Mere was wonderful as was the &quot;burger&quot; crepe -and lovely desserts chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. Will be our favourite place to eat in Brive. A must for anyone staying in Brive.

Food was nicely presented and the wine recommendation very good.  Some of the menu choices were not available on a Sunday evening however we were happy to get somewhere to eat on a Sunday evening.

The room is actually really nice. As for the food it was good, but nothing amazing and the service was very haphazard. I don&rsquo;t think I would choose to eat there again.

Very friendly staff, super service, great food, great value....would recommend. Great dining experience...not our first visit. Just &#39;gets better!
